Influencer Marketing Platforms Compared on Price and Features

Influencer marketing platforms on one scorecard: monthly price, free plans, credits and fees, creator search and analytics as listed on each vendor page.

By Updated Data checked through 4 min read

Among influencer marketing platforms, Passionfroot scores highest at 98 out of 100, ahead of Microinfluencer by 3 points. Price is the main spread: the entries here run from a free plan to $500 per month, so match the type of platform to the work you need before you compare scores.

How we picked

Influencer platforms sell very different things under one label: a marketplace where creators apply to your brief, a database you search for creators, an all-in-one workflow with outreach and payments. The scorecard puts the same questions to all of them: what it costs at the tier a normal team needs, what the free plan allows, how fast the meter moves through credits or fees, and whether you can get your data out. Details are on the methodology page.

Every one of the 17 influencer marketing platforms we looked at is scored by the same 7 criteria (scorecard version 1), each from the vendor's own pricing page, docs or changelog. 12 had enough verified data to be ranked. A criterion without verified data is left out and the remaining weights are re-normalised; under 60% of the weight covered means the tool is not ranked.

Scorecard criteria, weights and what each measures
CriterionWeightTypeWhat we measure and how
Entry price25%CorePrice per month of the cheapest paid plan, against the prices of other influencer marketing platforms on the same billing basis (monthly-billed prices against monthly, annual-billed against annual).Formula: Log scale. Billed monthly: $7.99/month or less = 100, $66 or more = 0. Only billed annually: $5/month or less = 100, $59 or more = 0. Only free plans = 100. Usage-priced and one-time plans are not scored.
Free plan or trial15%CoreWhether you can use the tool before paying: a free plan, or failing that a free trial, as shown on the vendor's pricing page.Formula: Free plan = 100. No free plan but a free trial = 60. The pricing page lists plans but shows neither = 0. No plans read = not scored.
Pricing transparency10%CoreHow much of the pricing is public: the share of plans with a published price ("contact sales" counts against), and whether there are at least 3 published tiers.Formula: 80 x (plans with a public price / plans listed) + 20 x (public plans, up to 3) / 3. No plans read = not scored.
Verified features15%CoreHow many of the 4 features we track for this category the vendor's own pages verifiably show (analytics, team access, templates, ai assistant). This counts verified features only: a tool that documents less scores lower here, and only here.Formula: Linear: verified features / 2 (half the tracked list) x 100, capped at 100. No tracked feature verified = not scored.
API, integrations and export10%CoreWhether a public API exists, how many integrations the vendor states, and whether the vendor documents a way to export your data.Formula: Average of the parts with data: public API yes = 100, no = 0; integrations on a log scale (100 or more = 100); a documented data export = 100. None verified = not scored.
Cost per user (team of 3)15%CategoryMonthly price per user for a team of 3, on the cheapest paid plan that is priced per seat or states room for at least 3 users.Formula: Log scale: $5 per user or less = 100, $88 or more = 0. Plans that do not state a user limit are not used. No such plan = not scored.
Platform coverage10%CategoryHow many of the 15 social platforms we track the vendor says the tool supports.Formula: Linear: platforms / 10 x 100, capped at 100. No verified platform list = not scored.

Influencer marketing platforms compared

Read the table by price and plan first. Several tools here price by credits, by managed service or by annual contract, so a monthly figure is not always comparable across rows. Coverage tells you how much of the scorecard was verified, and a high score with low coverage deserves a visit to the vendor's pricing page. The influencer marketing category lists every tool.

Each value links the vendor page it was read from (hover for the check date). Coverage is the share of the scorecard's weight with verified data, and "N of M criteria" how many criteria the score is based on; a tool is ranked at 60% or more.

Score is 0 to 100 on the category scorecard; coverage is the share of scorecard weight with verified data. Prices are list prices in US dollars from each vendor's pricing page; the Checked column is the newest date any fact of that tool was verified. 5 listed without a score because under 60% of the weight has verified data. How the score works: methodology.

Three kinds of platform

Marketplaces such as Afluencer and Insense bring creators to you: you post a brief, creators apply, and the platform handles messaging or payments. Discovery tools such as Modash, Tokfluence and Microinfluencer help you find and filter creators, and the work of outreach and negotiation stays with you. Workflow platforms such as GRIN and Creator.co add outreach, approvals and reporting on top.

Price tells you which kind you are looking at. A discovery tool such as Tokfluence lists $99 per month, while a workflow platform such as GRIN lists $200 per month, and that gap reflects the extra work the software does for you. Pick the kind first, then the tool. A marketplace fits a brand that wants quick one-off campaigns, a discovery tool fits a team with an outreach process, and a workflow platform fits a team running campaigns all year.

Passionfroot works from both sides: marketers find and pay creators, and creators manage brand deals and media kits. It lists a free plan and no paid price in our catalogue, so the score reflects the free plan and the feature list, not a monthly bill. Insense handles contracts and payments for UGC creators and influencers, and its fee falls as the plan rises. A brand that spends heavily on creators can offset the higher plan price with the lower fee, while a small brand pays the higher fee and a high base price.

Who should not pick it

  • A brand without a monthly budget in the hundreds should skip GRIN, whose first paid plan is $200 per month, and Creator.co at $299 per month.
  • A brand that wants to start free and small should not pick Modash: its free plan is listed as No and its lowest price is $14700 per year.
  • A brand that sells outside TikTok should not pick Tokfluence: its platform list is TikTok.
  • A small brand with a limited creator spend should check the fee on Insense before signing: it lists 10 percent on its $500 per month plan.
  • A brand looking for a full outreach workflow should not expect it from Microinfluencer: it lists Instagram, TikTok search and a $9.99 per month paid plan.

What we did not test

We did not run a campaign on any of these platforms. Scores come from vendor pricing and feature pages, so they say nothing about the quality of creators in a database, the accuracy of audience data, response rates to outreach, how disputes over payments are handled or how good support is. Prices in credits and managed services are not directly comparable to monthly software prices. For the full list, see what we did not test.

Frequently asked questions

How much do influencer marketing platforms cost?

Prices span a wide range. Microinfluencer starts at $9.99 per month, GRIN at $200 per month and Creator.co at $299 per month, with Insense at $500 per month. Prices were read from vendor pricing pages on Oct 14, 2026.

Is there a free influencer marketing platform?

A few list a free plan. Passionfroot lists a free plan, Afluencer lists a free Free tier, and GRIN lists 50 credits per month on its free plan. Check what the free plan allows before you plan a campaign around it.

Do influencer platforms charge a fee on creator payments?

Some do. Insense lists a platform fee of 10 percent on its $500 per month plan and 7 percent on its $800 per month plan. Read the vendor's terms for the exact base the fee applies to.

What is a creator search credit?

A credit is a usage unit that some tools meter their searches or unlocks by. GRIN lists 2000 credits per month on its $200 per month plan, and Tokfluence lists 10000 on its $99 per month plan.

Which of the influencer marketing platforms ranks first on SaaSHunter?

Passionfroot has the highest score, 98 out of 100, among the 12 influencer marketing platforms with enough verified data to be ranked. Its facts were last checked Oct 14, 2026. Scores are computed from the published scorecard and change when the underlying facts change.

Which influencer marketing platforms have a free plan?

5 of the 12 ranked influencer marketing platforms list a free plan: Passionfroot, Microinfluencer, Komi, Afluencer, GRIN. What the free plan allows differs, so check the limits column before choosing.

What is the lowest starting price among influencer marketing platforms?

Among the ranked influencer marketing platforms, ReferralCandy has the lowest paid starting price at $9 per month. Tools charge per seat, per connected account or per workspace, so the units differ and the lowest sticker price is not always the lowest bill for your setup.

How are the influencer marketing platforms scored?

Each tool is scored from 0 to 100 on 7 weighted criteria taken from the same scorecard for every tool: entry price, free plan or trial, pricing transparency, verified features, api, integrations and export, cost per user (team of 3), platform coverage. Criteria without verified data are left out and the weights re-normalised; a tool with under 60% of the weight covered is listed as not ranked.
